Jesica Sosa
Hello, my name is Jesica Sosa. I am certified for the State of California and I have been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. I use my knowledge and experience to create the right massage for each client. It’s of personal importance to me to see immediate results and progress after each session.
The bodywork I perform is a unique blend of healing modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal massage, cupping and energy work. I have always had a deep connection with energy work. Over the years I have become very sensitive to QI (chi) flow and stagnation. My hands heat up and become similar to magnets to the body. This helps me identify areas where the Qi is blocked and where I need to focus and treat. I have been certified in a Live Course of Healing Hands Native American Energy Work taught by the Santee Sioux Nation. Now, I ask you to truly listen to your body and ask it what it needs. It will be my pleasure and honor to help you heal in any way I am able to.

I am grateful that I am able to utilize this training and years of experience to enrich my clients’ lives and consistently apply a constantly evolving knowledge and skills set.
With my background in Massage Therapy/Bodywork, Yoga Therapist-Teacher, Reiki/Energy, I have discovered the treasure of the subtle energies which are within each of us. Lexlia Rocha
Hi, I’m Lex. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2009, but the art of bodywork runs much deeper for me. it’s a family tradition and something I’ve felt called to since I was old enough to understand what it means to serve a community through healing. I’m neurodivergent, and that experience shapes everything about how I show up in my work.
I strive to create safe, affirming spaces for all bodies and all brains, and I’m passionate about advocating for others on the spectrum through education, awareness, and inclusive care. In addition to massage therapy, I’m a full-spectrum doula with a heart for postpartum recovery and supporting those navigating grief or loss. My approach is rooted in deep listening, ancestral wisdom, and the Southern herbal traditions I’ve been honored to study.
I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and I’m currently working toward certification as a Peristeam Hydrotherapist and plan to offer this service by the end of 2025.
Whether I’m easing shoulder tension or holding space through major life transitions, my work is always guided by care, precision, and respect for the full human experience. Healing is personal—and I’m here for the whole you.

Queennie Baquir
Hi! My name is Queennie and I am a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator. My interest in massage began in 2020 during the Pandemic. Like many people, I coped with a new changing world balancing health, self-care and wellness.
I came from an office background and when my body had enough, working remotely from my bed or my kitchen table and then lying on the floor, I came to realize that I could not be the only one in pain. I became curious about ergonomics and pain relief and that’s when I found NHI.
If I could equip myself with the tools and knowledge through massage to alleviate my own pains, how incredible would it be to share those skills with friends, family and my community? Pain is something we all experience but it is not something that we need to go through alone. I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and I am so excited to work with you and be a part of your journey towards a thriving and pain-free life!
